Terms and Conditions
Application Fees and RFID Tag Charges

New Application: The fee is $138.

Deregistration and Reapplication: The fee is $168.

These fees do not include the installation of the RFID tag. There are four different options for RFID tag installation, including options with and without additional charges. Please contact us for specific pricing details related to RFID tag installation options.

" Approval Within 7 Days or We Work for Free "
This time frame applies exclusively to new applicants and clients that paid after 5 JUNE 2025 and Before 20 JUNE 2025 does not apply to those needing to deregister or address Touch 'n Go e-Wallet issues, which are addressed on a case-by-case basis can take up to 5 to 6 Weeks. The 7-day period begins the day after payment is made, and we will send you the confirmation slip within these 7 working days. If we fail to provide the confirmation slip in time, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to continue your application despite the delay, we will offer a 30% discount. For this 7-day term to apply, It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all documents sent are in the correct format and to conduct their own due diligence in updating us if incorrect or missing documents are sent. If wrong or missing documents are sent to us, the "7 days approval or full refund" and/or "7 days approval or we work for free" terms WILL NOT APPLY, and NO refunds and or discount will be given. However, we will still complete your application once the proper, correct, and/or missing documents are sent.

Payment Terms
All payments must be made before processing your application begins.
Processing Queue
Once payment is received, your application will be placed in our processing queue.
Estimated Timelines
The estimated completion time provided for your application is not final. Each application has its own processing time.

Client Assistance
Timely assistance from clients, such as checking emails, is necessary to avoid delays in processing. Touch n go E wallet is to be set up by clients, any issues with touch n go must be solve by the client, Radiant solutions is only responsible for vep matters such as jpj and tcens website. if we have gotten confirmation slip for client but client cannot solve touch and go issues we will not provide a refund. we will finish the application once client has solved touch n go issues

Application Failure and Refund Policy
If an application fails due to our error, we will make up to five attempts to succeed. If the application still fails after five attempts, a full refund will be provided.
Once payment is received, it is considered as engaging our services, and from this point on, there will be NO refunds for any reason such as but not limited to applying on your own, touch n go e wallet issues etc. unless due to application failure (refer to above).
If an application fails due to misinformation or any other errors on the client’s part, no refunds will be given.
Once status in TCENS website is " tag issue and activated ", the VEP application is deemed successful on our end, and our service is considered complete. from this point on we are NOT resposible for any new issues for your vep or rfid tag if you choose to enagage us for your new issues we will consider it as a new application

RFID Tag Collection/installation
Clients must specify Which install option they choose
Option 1: Windscreen installation at Danga Bay in Johor Bahru!
shorten the appointment queue with us, installation and activation will be done on the spot at an additional $50 charge.
Option 2: We will collect headlight tag on your behalf and install and activate it for you at our office in Singapore at an additional $50 charge.
Option 3: Postage (headlight tag only) takes about 3 - 4 weeks time to receive and self-install. at an additional $0 charge.
Note: If it’s installed wrongly, you would have to deregister and redo the application process again.
NOTE : Once install option is paid for NO REFUNDS will be given if you choose to book your own collection or appointment NO REFUND will be given
RFID Tag Installation
For delivery/postage option 3 clients, the RFID tag must be self-installed on the headlight. Pictures must be sent to us for verification, and it is essential to follow the provided guidelines.

Self-Installation: If the self-installation is incorrect and verification is rejected, no refunds will be given. Reapplying for a new tag will be treated as a new deregister application, incurring the full fee of $168.

Professional Installation: If you choose to have us install the tag for you you must choose option 2 refer to above, you must come to our office for the installation. If verification fails after our installation, we will reapply for a new tag free of charge.

Appointment Booking
Appointments must only be booked after discussing with us via WhatsApp.

Personal Data Protection
By engaging our services in any form, clients consent to the collection, storage, and use of their documents and information provided to us. All information will be used for VEP (Vehicle Entry Permit) purposes only and will be deleted from our records within three months after the successful application.

Please note that the information regarding the use of an email VEP confirmation slip to enter Malaysia after JULY 1st, in the absence of an RFID tag, is based on various sources, including articles from Motorist.sg and The Straits Times. Radiant Solutions provides this information as guidance only and does not accept any responsibility for denied entries, fines, or any issues that may arise as a result. Clients should verify the latest requirements independently.

Terms and conditions are subject to change. Clients are deemed to accept any changes to the terms and conditions as long as they have engaged us in our services.
