What each VEP status means

Pending / Submitted

Your application is in the queue and has not been reviewed yet. Normal in the first few working days.

Processing / Under Review

JPJ is checking your documents. Most applications clear within 5 to 10 working days from here.

Approved

Your VEP is approved. You can now collect and activate your RFID tag and link it to Touch 'n Go.

Rejected / Action Required

Something needs fixing - usually a document mismatch, a photo issue, or a previous-owner record. Correct it and resubmit.
