When you ask us to handle your VEP, you send us the details JPJ needs to process the application: your name, phone number, vehicle registration number, vehicle log card, and your identification documents. You send these through the form on this site or over WhatsApp. We don't ask for anything we don't need to file your application.

We use your information for one thing: processing your Malaysia VEP and arranging your RFID tag installation. That covers submitting your application to JPJ Malaysia, checking your documents before submission, keeping you updated on the status, and booking your tag fitting. We do not sell your data or pass it on for anyone else's marketing.

Once your application is approved, we delete your documents and personal details from our records within three months. If you want them removed sooner, ask us and we will.

This site uses Google's advertising and analytics tools, including Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager. They set cookies that tell us which ads and pages led people to contact us, so we know what is working. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works.

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Message us on WhatsApp or email us and we will handle the request.
