VEP Registration & Application Singapore: Fast & Hassle-Free Malaysia VEP

A Malaysia VEP application is the official process of registering your Singapore vehicle with Malaysia's Road Transport Department (JPJ) to obtain a Vehicle Entry Permit and an RFID tag - both mandatory for crossing the border legally. VEP registration and the VEP application are the same thing: you register the vehicle in the VEP system, submit your documents, and once approved you collect and activate the tag.

The Malaysia Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) is compulsory for all foreign-registered vehicles entering Malaysia, including Singapore-registered cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles. The Malaysia Vehicle Entry Permit application uses RFID technology to track and manage foreign vehicles at border checkpoints such as the Tuas Second Link and the Woodlands Causeway. If you make regular JB trips, your VEP and tag have to be sorted before you go.
