Refund Policy

    When you get a refund, when you don't, and how our 7-day processing estimate works.

    Full refund if we cannot complete your application

    If your VEP application fails because of an error on our side, we try again up to five times. If it still fails after that, you get a full refund.

    The 7-day processing estimate

    We aim to send your confirmation slip within 7 working days, counted from the day after you pay. If we cannot meet that, you can ask for a refund, or carry on with the application at a 30% discount.

    This estimate only holds when the documents you send are correct and complete. If documents are wrong or missing, the 7-day estimate and its refund terms do not apply, though we will still finish your application once you send the right ones.

    When refunds do not apply

    Once you pay, you have engaged our service, so there are no refunds except for the application-failure case above. We also cannot refund for problems outside the VEP filing itself: applying on your own after engaging us, changing your JPJ or TCENS password, or Touch 'n Go eWallet issues, which you set up and manage yourself.

    Installation and deregistration

    If you pay for installation and then book your own collection or appointment instead, that part is not refundable. For deregistration, if a self-installation is rejected at verification, there is no refund, and a new tag means a new application at the full $168 fee.
